Protect the planet, reduce traffic around school, get some exercise, and HAVE FUN!

What's WOW?  Getting to school using your own body power.  Walking, jogging, running, bicycling/e-biking, unicycling, riding a scooter, rollerblading, skateboarding and jumping on a pogo stick all count. Be creative, and come up with your own mode!

Be sure to check-in at the WoW! table for your participation to be recorded!

Every time you WoW!, you will receive one entry for the WoW! raffle drawings that will occur throughout the year. We will continue our Consistency Challenge this year, and all students who participate on every WoW! day (or miss just one day) will be recognized at the end of the year.

Early class (Mandarin, Choir) students, please check in by email your full name, teacher, grade & house to Hong Fang (North) or Sergey Kanyshchev (South). PM Kindergarten students, please check in with your teacher.

If you live farther from your campus, here are "close by" options to park and then walk or bike:

Dazzling Daughter and Parent Dance (BPESF)

Calling all BCS girls! Join us for a fun-filled evening at our annual Parent-Daughter Dance, always a memorable night. The evening will include a live DJ, dance contests, games, and a fun photo booth. Don’t know how to dance? No worries! We have you covered with a dance instructor to help get those dance moves flowing. When your toes need a break from tapping, you and your dance partner can relax and enjoy fabulous treats and refreshments. This event almost always sells out, so buy your tickets now. Ticket admits one student and one adult. Additional sibling tickets are available.

Bullis Bears’ Day Off (BPESF)

Calling ALL BCS Parents with children in K-3rd grade (and their older siblings too)! Do you find yourself, year after year, trying to figure out what to do when school is out during Parent-Teacher Conference days?  Well…have no fear - MAMA BEARS are here! We have joined forces and are offering a FULL DAY of fun for your little ones, with an option to sign up their older siblings too!  Bullis Bears’ Day Off includes convenient 8:30am drop-off, supervised activities throughout the day, professional entertainment to dial up the fun, and a full pizza lunch! To further help out our fellow BCS parents, we have extended our day to 3pm, with a flexible pick-up time from 3-3:15pm!  What’s not to love? Talk to your friends and join this super fun day at school! Capacity is limited so sign up today!

South Campus Book Fair

The annual South Campus Book Fair is here and will transform our library into our very own bookstore. We will have books for the whole family from preschool, K-8, and even adults. You will find hundreds of books from new and favorite authors as well as popular series! Children who choose their own books are more likely to read, and the Book Fair is the perfect opportunity to introduce them to books they will love. Kids are allowed to purchase their own books during the fair using cash or credit.

-Before school (7:45-8:45AM)

-During lunch (11:30 -13:30)

-After school (3:00-4:00PM)

-During the Parent / Teacher conferences on 10/9

- During the Walkathon 10/12 from 10am-2pm

BCS Super Son & Parent Party (BPESF)

The annual BCS Super Son & Parent Party is happening October 6. We hope you and your son can make it!! It’s a fundraiser for the school with 100% of ticket sales going to the school!

Do you and the K-5th grader boy in your life want to have a rockin' time hanging out at the BCS third annual Super Son and Parent Party? Enjoy fun dance tunes spun by DJ Ken, games, blackjack tables, pizza, and a loaded candy treat bag for the kids, plus salads, pizza, and wine for the adults. As Co-Chairs for Fall Family Dinner, we want to welcome you to this wonderful BCS community building event. Both of us have fond memories of attending Fall Family Dinner for the first time where we learned and celebrated our school with rest of the community.

Lunch Volunteers Training - Evening Session

This training is really beneficial to ALL volunteers (dad/mom, nanny, grand-parent, etc) that will come on campus during the year to help with lunch duty. Part of the training will cover allergies; great reminder for any community member.  Try to attend this last evening training session.. Not sure if you want to volunteer for Hot Lunch, come check it out!
