Bullis Boosters Club invites you to a special screening of Screenagers, Growing Up in the Digital Age. This event is open to Bullis Charter School (BCS) families, BCS staff and BCS.
A facilitated discussion with BCS parent and Developmental Psychologist Kelley Abrams, Ph.D. will follow.
This documentary is about teens and social media and gaming habits, and how they may affect teen brain development. Parents and kids will also gain an understanding of setting limits and why that makes sense. While it is recommended for kids 10 and up, if you have a child who does any gaming that is 8 or older, s/he would benefit from seeing this movie. All parents will benefit from seeing this movie, if your kid uses screens.
To RSVP click here. Seating will be on a first come, first served basis.
