15th Annual BCS Walkathon - Super walkers for our Planet

The annual BCS Walkathon is one of the most highly anticipated and exciting school events of the year! Walking is the most nature friendly activity we partake in. The precocious BCS student body shares the global concern for our environment. So, we made this year’s walkathon to be in their spirit - Superwalkers for our planet!

Hope you all encourage your children to come and do many, many laps to show their solidarity for keeping our planet safe. Our goal is to raise $40,000. If each participant raises at least $40, in addition to the $35 registration fee, we will meet our goal. Thanks for supporting BCS. Like previous years, registration & pledging will take place ENTIRELY online.

  • The event is being held on Saturday, October 13th from 9am to 2pm on the BCS South Campus.

  • Online registration is now closed. Registration fee on the day of the Walkathon will be $50 with no T-shirt.

  • T-shirt sizing info (as an reference only)

Not quite ready to register, you’ve never attended the walkathon or you want to learn more about the event?

Everything you need to know (FAQ) is answered here:

  • SPONSOR your child(ren) and have your child(ren) ask Family and Friends if they will sponsor them. Last year, families and friends from different parts of the world were able to easily sponsor with online pledging.

  • Sign up to VOLUNTEER! It takes more than 100 pairs of hands to make this event happen. We have some fun jobs like lap counter, registration check-in and the beloved Pocket Lady/Man. Read about types of volunteer roles and register to volunteer here:
