WOW! - WALK OR WHEEL TO SCHOOL 2022-2023
PROTECT THE PLANET REDUCE TRAFFIC AROUND SCHOOL,
GET SOME EXERCISE, AND HAVE FUN!
What's WoW? Getting to school using your own body power. Walking, jogging, running, bicycling/e-biking, unicycling, riding a scooter, rollerblading, skateboarding and jumping on a pogo stick all count. Be creative, and come up with your own mode!
Welcome families! The first Walk or Wheel to School day of 2022-2023 school year will be on Thursday, October 6th! Please join us to Walk or Wheel to School. Reduce traffic around school, protect our planet, get some exercise, earn more points for your house, and HAVE FUN!
This year, we keep having two ways for students and parents to check in:
1) check in on the WoW! table in the drop off area;
OR
2) check in online using this form: https://tinyurl.com/bullis-wow-22
Please also book the following dates in your calendar for the coming WoW! Events. WoW! days are planned on the first Thursday of each month (except May), starting at 7:45am North Campus and 8:00am South Campus.

Reserve the first 2 bike racks (closest to the flagpole) and the outer ends (by the walkway) of the other bike racks for younger students arriving for the 8:35am bell.
☔ RAIN POLICY ☔ - WoW! is canceled if there is more than an intermittent drizzle at 7am on the scheduled date.
IDEAS ON WHERE TO PARK AND WALK OR RIDE IF LIVING TOO FAR!
• NORTH CAMPUS – church parking lot at 190 Jordan Ave. (0.3mi walk)
• SOUTH CAMPUS - Heritage Oaks Park (corner of Portland and Miramonte), take Portland to Carmel Terrace and enter at the back of Blach (0.6mi walk).
Thank you for your cooperation!
