May 2nd to 7th 2022

Our beloved school-wide Book Fair is returning to South Campus after a 3 year hiatus!  We will feature books for the whole family including preschool, K-5, 6-8, and adult titles.  Come shop in the South MPR before, during, and after school, and stop by while you’re attending BCS’s newest event, the Diversity Celebration.

Students are allowed to purchase their own books during the fair using cash, credit, or our new eWallet option - a safe, cashless way to shop the book fair.  No more lost $20 bills or heavy ziplocs filled with pounds of loose change!

  • BOOK FAIR WEEK!  Open Monday 5/2 to Friday 5/6 before school (8-9 am), after school (3-4 pm), and during recess/lunch. With every purchase, enter the raffle for $100 worth of K-4 books!
  • DONUT DAY!  Back by popular demand! Come Tuesday 5/3 at 8 am to munch on a donut or allergy-friendly snack before you shop.
  • DIVERSITY CELEBRATION!  We will be open during the Diversity Celebration, Saturday 5/7 from 4 pm to 7 pm for parents/families to visit.
  • CLASSROOM WISH BOOKS!  Children love selecting and donating books to their classroom from their teachers’ wish boxes. We will have books chosen by both South and North teachers.
  • SET UP AN eWALLET!  Parents can create a digital payment account and prepay any amount. Students can spend eWallet amounts at the book fair register when they check out. Parents can spend unused funds online or convert them to a gift card.
  • ORDER ONLINE!  Not able to shop in person? Shop the fair online from 5/2 to 5/15 and earn 25% for BCS! Online orders ship directly to your home.
  • SUPPORT OUR LIBRARIES!  Up to 50% of our sales will go directly towards purchasing new books for our North and South libraries and classrooms!  Please consider making a donation from the library wishlist.

We can't do it without YOU! The book fairs (and libraries) are run by wonderful parent volunteers like you! Volunteers are needed to staff the book fair throughout the week. There are shifts before school, during lunch, after school, and during the Diversity Celebration. We also need help with set-up and tear-down. Find a shift (or two) that works with your schedule. Please sign up to volunteer.
